El Granero Restaurant

The kitchen of El Granero Restaurant at Casa del Trigo Hotel is back stronger than ever. Under the direction of our passionate chef Santi López, our kitchen team works every day to offer unique, very elaborate dishes made with top quality ingredients, paying close attention to new trends in cooking and, of course, with all the sanitary controls that the current situation demands.
The selection of dishes on the menu is just a sample of the varied cuisine mastered by our chef. We include a touch of Asian, Mexican, French and of course traditional Spanish cuisine as well as vegan cuisine. This is all enhanced by a wine cellar with the best designation of origin wines, not only Rioja, Rueda or Ribera del Duero, but also Somontano, Bierzo, Priorat, and Jumilla, among others, and, of course, Granada.

In our gastrobar La Era del Trigo you can taste a wide selection of wines that pair perfectly with the cuisine of our chef Santi. An elaborate, artisan cuisine, with high quality products and a careful presentation.
The restaurant El Granero is a cosy, warm place, with a decoration that invites you to relax and enjoy a good meal. It has a capacity for 45 people.
The Casa Grande Room is the ideal room for larger celebrations and events, or for product presentations, showrooms or any other type of commercial event. It can hold up to 125 people.

On the chill-out terrace you can enjoy the same menu as the Restaurant El Granero, or have one of our varied beers, a drink with friends or simply a coffee.
